By the time I got home on Thurs they had finished the first section & were working on the next one
The patio wasn't a good place to relax
After the trench is dug & leveled it gets a layer of sand
Then these "baffles" are laid down
The drain pipe goes on top of them
It's then covered with fabric & then another layer of sand
Look how far this guy could throw a shovel full of sand

Holy messiness. Is this just in your garden, it's not the for the whole freaking neighbourhood just your house?
ReplyDeleteJust us......it's a 4 bedroom house so there has to be so many feet of pipe per bedroom. This system disperses the water a different way so it doesn't need as much pipe. Otherwise we would have been cutting down trees & digging up my garden!
DeleteGood grief. I'm really sorry but it will be beautiful again. Just don't let anyone use the loo when they come over and that way it take longer to wear out!
