For the "Fashion Diva"

Here's a sneak preview of that best kept secret that all "fashion divas" have
These two outfits also have a bubble skirt in the same material as the  leggings but obviously I didn't take a pic of it.
The material was a "bear" to work with & left little "fuzzies" all over my sewing room!
I had some leftover from the dress I made that whipped up another bubble skirt.
The pinwheel hair bow I got from here  super easy & make sure you give her credit if you make them.
Just love this "twirl" skirt also from The Mother Huddle again super easy.....she has great tutorials.

Leftover material from dress to make this....I added the eyelet trim to give it more of a "Becky" look!  That's what I call LiLi when she looking all girlie in her frills!

This dress just kinda fell into place...I spotted the two plaids & just loved the colors & after about 20 mins managed to snag the print that coordinated perfectly.  Quick trip into Targ*t on my way home & I had a t shirt that works perfectly.....I love when that happens!

Matching bow & hair bow = the perfect "Becky" look!

  1. They are absolutely gorgeous. I'm speechless over here. I'd be tempted to try but then I remember the last time the machine came out and how well that went.
I'm good at the stopping by Tarjay and picking up the t-shirt bit though.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY BIG BROTHER

Happy birthday to my big brother Terry...........have a wonderful day!

Forever Family Day

Oh my.....where does the time go!  Ten years ago this scared & tiny little girl was brought into a room full of strangers. She was so confused by the strange faces. Now look at the beautful, confident girl she has grown into. We love you LiLiđź’– Love

Yowsa!

I was woken up around 3:30am yesterday by thunder as a line of severe storms were rolling through the area.  My alarm goes off at 4:00am so I figured I'd just get up.  I was standing in the kitchen waiting for the coffee pot when there was a blinding explosion in the back yard along with a huge clap of thunder.  It was like someone threw a bomb in the yard....needless to say it scared the crap out of me & I was waiting for a tree to fall.  We didn't see anything & I left the house at 7:00am while it was still raining.  Popster didn't see this until last night but it had struck this big oak that is about 15 feet from our sun room.  It just stripped that piece of bark right off the tree  Makes the expression "Don't mess with Mother Nature" become very real!
