Well we got some of the snow they were predicting but there was some sleet mixed in so we probably ended up with about 8 inches...........it was enough to prevent Davey from coming to work & Jim didn't get here as early as normal. So the plans for day changed....Davey will be doing the grout, so that will be done tomorrow. Jim decided to work on some finishing touches.
He put the upper cabinet doors on.
He installed the microwave with Popster lending a hand.......we got fired as his assistants though when we kept telling him it hadn't turned on. Problem being we were standing so far away we didn't see it flashing!!!
Check out the cabinets now the hardware is on....like the diamond knobs I picked out?
He also put in the fan. It's all coming together & I'm liking everything I picked out so many, many weeks ago!
Popster wanted me to add that the first meal being cooked in our new kitchen is by him..........he's in there using the microwave to heat up leftover pot roast!
