Popster is still in Florida so Jessica agreed to be my "date" for First Night in Saratoga. We had a great time wearing crazy head gear, seeing a lot of different shows, feasting on clam chowder & kettle corn from street vendors!
We even rode the carousel!

We got home safely around 1:00 AM & were up bright & early....I made her *"dunky eggs with soldiers" for breakfast which I haven't done in years!
*Soft boiled eggs for those who don't know. We went to England together when she was 5 years old & this is one of the parts of the trip she remembers....eating them for breakfast at my brother's house!
We have to have toasted soldiers in this house!
