Plotter Kill Nature Preserve

Yesterday we met Bob & Noreen & went to the Plotter Kill .........we haven't been there for a while & had forgotten how different it is. Because we've had such a dry summer there was only a trickle going over the first waterfall & nothing but rocks in the stream!

We were still feeling adventerous so we stopped at the Rotterdam preserve which goes through & around some wetlands. The cattails were so big it was like going through the jungle!
