Life from where we are

This post is for Dawn who was asking about Miss Molly & her "yahoos" This clip was from about 4 weeks ago where she went a little wild.  Also I forget to move the camera a couple of times! The next two are from last Thurs & this was a very hard handling test to get her to come back so she took the last jump from the right direction. She seems to have a knack of knowing what to do. Love

Sunday was the last day of the Saratoga fair so we decided to go for a couple of hours We saw tractors I took all these for my brothers How would you like to have this on your floor? Or this on your wall? We saw goats Where are your ears? We saw horses I told Popster to pet Pilot....can you tell he wasn't happy about?(Popster not Pilot) Then there were cows Chain saw man! Incredible...how does he do that? Love

 I decided I needed to share some pretties before I show more of the ugly....you think it looked bad on weds....... it's way worse:(  This is the shot out of the camera with minimal post processing  Just a different look  The clouds were amazing  Look at what a couple clicks can do Love

 I left the house at 4:30am this is what I found when I got home That was the flagstone path that goes to the shed Look how close they are to my garden Those lines are where they have to dig yet Lovely view....ugh!!!! Love

 I was woken up around 3:30am yesterday by thunder as a line of severe storms were rolling through the area.  My alarm goes off at 4:00am so I figured I'd just get up.  I was standing in the kitchen waiting for the coffee pot when there was a blinding explosion in the back yard along with a huge clap of thunder.  It was like someone threw a bomb in the yard....needless to say it scared the crap out of me & I was waiting for a tree to fall.  We didn't see anything & I left the house at 7:00am while it was still raining.  Popster didn't see this until last night but it had struck this big oak that is about 15 feet from our sun room.  It just stripped that piece of bark right off the tree  Makes the expression "Don't mess with Mother Nature" become very real! Love
