Not one of my better moves!

I play golf with Bruce(my friend & co-worker) on Tues mornings before work. Yesterday I pull in the parking, get my clubs out of the trunk, change my shoes & last thing I....being anal.....always check the pocket of my golf bag for my car keys.

They weren't there!

Oops!

Try  the car door....it's locked. I look in the window & there are the keys laying next to my shoes on the floor of the car. I still haven't closed the trunk so I pushed one of the back seats down & after looking around, very gracefully (not) climb into the trunk over my 59 pairs of golf shoes & all the other "stuff" through to the front so I can unlock the door. As I am trying to figure how to get back out I hear "What the h*ll are you doing?". Bruce had come over to my car to get my clubs & couldn't figure out where I was. Apparently I wasn't as sneaky as I thought because then the starter drove up laughing.....he had been sitting up at the cart barn watching me.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY BIG BROTHER

Happy birthday to my big brother Terry...........have a wonderful day!

Molly bike riding????

Popster has been teaching Molly to run along side of his bike.  It has been a slow process but she's finally getting it.  They start off very slowly.......  then speed up a little......  which is when she gets crazy& decides to "carry" the leash......  gradually she feels more comfortable....  then she begins to gallop.... & the ears start to flap!!!!!

Designer "doggy uggs"

Poor Molly has been having a hard time already this winter with the snow. She has good size pads on her feet which are "webbed" like a lab's foot.  When she goes in the snow it builds up in between her pads & forms a hard piece of almost ice-like snow.  Then she holds her foot up for someone to pull it out.  I decided to make her her own boots. Jessica had spent the night here as we went to First night for new years....more on that later.....so we "googled" how to make dog boots & then modified it to work for Molly.  Keep in mind these were boots you could make in 10 minutes.  It took approx 10 mins to measure Molly's feet.  Two hours later here's the results I did decide to make her 2 for each foot figuring she would be like any typical kid & lose a couple here & there. We had to go to W*lmart in the middle of the project to get velcro to make the fasteners.  We then made her wear them around the house for a while &
