Sometimes there has to be a happy ending............

Popster had checked with out mechanic for a place to take my car & they were absolutely fantastic.  The original plan was to get a sun roof from a junk yard & get it painted (that's why I had "saran" wrap on my car).  He called us Thurs & said they ended up with a complete working sun roof which they were pretty sure would work in my car.  We dropped it off Sunday night & were able to pick it up yesterday at noon.  My car was spotless......freshly washed & waxed,  the inside just as clean & my total bill with tax was $432!
The original quote was $350 so they only charged us another $50 for all that extra work.

    Do your garage have a colection service i have some work for them as long as thay can colect the truck and deliver back next day ?

Designer "doggy uggs"

Poor Molly has been having a hard time already this winter with the snow. She has good size pads on her feet which are "webbed" like a lab's foot.  When she goes in the snow it builds up in between her pads & forms a hard piece of almost ice-like snow.  Then she holds her foot up for someone to pull it out.  I decided to make her her own boots. Jessica had spent the night here as we went to First night for new years....more on that later.....so we "googled" how to make dog boots & then modified it to work for Molly.  Keep in mind these were boots you could make in 10 minutes.  It took approx 10 mins to measure Molly's feet.  Two hours later here's the results I did decide to make her 2 for each foot figuring she would be like any typical kid & lose a couple here & there. Molly bike riding????

Popster has been teaching Molly to run along side of his bike.  It has been a slow process but she's finally getting it.  They start off very slowly.......  then speed up a little......  which is when she gets crazy& decides to "carry" the leash......  gradually she feels more comfortable....  then she begins to gallop.... & the ears start to flap!!!!!

Today we have a riddle???

 What do you get when you cross a pile of scraps, a sewing machine, a woman possessed, & a husband on a week long golf trip?  The following.........  This is a tablecloth for my kitchen table....forgot to take the finished pic  Cover for my sewing machine...very proud of this as I quilted the whole thing.  This is the back....got tired of doing squares!  Matching cover for my serger.  I meant to post these a while ago & must have forgot.  I have done a couple other projects since then which I will get around to posting soon.  Had computer problems so I have some catching up to do Love
