Sat we went to Mark & Dani's for LiLi's birthday party Here's the birthday girl with Papa Rocky She picked out her birthday dinner....noodles with butter & parmesan cheese!  The rest of us had subs & pizza. Making a wish She had to read every word on every card! Yes Nana bought her a "real" sewing machine....no messing around with kiddie ones! This was a gift from Aunt Renee...a huge bag of office supplies.....is this kid for real???? Love

This is what Molly does when we go outside to shovel snow First she finds a toy or a ball........... ....... she stands & begs you to come play with her ..............then she runs out front ...........checks to see if you are looking....... .......then puts the ball down.......but....... .......grabs again before you can! Then the game starts all over again! Silly dog! Love

I am trying to play catch up again but I have a very good reason.  I mentioned to Popster last weekend that we needed to think about getting our projects done before it's time for me to go back to work.  One of these "projects" is to get all our hardwood floors refinished.  We only have hardwood in the upstairs rooms so it involves 3 rooms.  Also we had replaced all the woodwork & doors going into the bedrooms but never did the woodwork or doors in the room themselves.  We got the name of someone local who very good at refinishing floors & Popster called him Monday morning.  He said he would come right over to take a look.  He gave us a price on doing my office first & then the other two rooms together.  I said okay when?  His answer was as soon as you can get the room clear.  Big gulp & silence!  Apparently winter is a slow time for him.  Needless to say & I was busy the rest of the week.  Hav...

Oh my....where did the time go?  Can you believe LiLi is 7 years old! She wasn't with us for her first birthday but here are all the rest! There was a special trip planned for her birthday......a Disney cruise.  Can you imagine someone telling this little girl that she couldn't get on the ship because her birth certificate said she was born in China!

Mark & Dani received that special call  & saw this face for the first time! Love
