I called Nikon again today & as usual it ended with me being frustrated. They have had my lens since Jan 10th & whenever I check the status it says "waiting for parts" Every time I call I am told they will check to how much longer it will be but never call me back.
Today I asked to speak to a manager & asked why, if the lens was under warranty, couldn't they give me a replacement. The girl I was talking to said she would have to check with upper management & would get back to me. I said when will that be & she said "Well not today as it is already 4:30"
I was like "Excuse me but aren't you in Melville, NY? I happen to be calling from upstate NY & the time here is 3:15! The last time I checked all of NY state is in the same time zone!
