Yesterday we woke up to grey & misty skies that turned to rain with one or two snowflakes mixed in. In the afternoon Susan & I went up to the village to see my Aunt Doreen & Uncle Norman & it turned completely to snow while we were there. By the time we left the car had maybe an inch of snow on it.......but driving was okay & we only had to drive around the block & we were home. Everyone was worried that we would be snowed in this morning!!! When I get home & post pictures of the "snow" you will see why we couldn't understand the problem!!
PS Wouldn't it be something if we get "snowed in" at Heathrow next Tues!

Today england has sunshine. All the youg girls are walking around in their swim suits! The place to come for a holiday.
ReplyDeleteWe got 3 inches of snow here on Wednesday. Prior we practically had not snow on either the front or the back lawn.
